ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
All orders will be acknowledged promptly. Please contact us immediately with any corrections, changes or discrepancies.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of an order in progress will be subject to all costs incurred to date.

DIES
Custom dies belong to the customer exclusively and remain at the factory. C. Sanders Emblems reserves the right to dispose of any dies or tools for custom pins without notice if a period of 3 years has elapsed without a reorder or special request by the customer to hold the dies for a longer period of time.

DELIVERY
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for stock orders to arrive. For custom orders, please allow 6 weeks after approval of artwork. All shipments are F.O.B. California.

FINANCE CHARGES
Accounts with unpaid balances 30 days after invoice date will be assessed a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance. Finance charges are automatically computed and added to accounts at the end of the month, prior to the printing of the statements.

GUARANTEE / WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY
We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your order and we stand behind the quality of our products 100%. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return stock pins for replacement, exchange or a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned stock pins must be in their original packaging. Unless there is an error on our part, or merchandise is defective or damaged, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping on any returned items.

There are no refunds for custom orders with the exception of damaged merchandise.
 

PAYMENT AND TERMS
A 50% deposit is required prior to production of a custom order. The balance is due upon receipt of the invoice.

Payment in full is required for stock order. We accept Visa, Master Card and checks.

PACKAGING
Unless specified otherwise, all pins come individually poly-bagged.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Special pricing is available for larger quantities. Please contact our Sales Office.
 

PRIVACY
C Sanders Emblems does not sell, share or rent information about our customers or visitors to our site. We recognize that privacy is important and we are committed to maintaining and using your information responsibly.

PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS
C. Sanders Emblems reserves the right to utilize all products in our marketing materials. Products shown are not intended to be resold and are for the exclusive use of the original customer.

SAMPLES
Pre-production samples are available for some products. For set-up costs, die costs and shipping, please contact a sales representative. Charges for pre-production samples are applied to a placed order. Sample requests must be made at the time the order is placed. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery of samples.

SHIPPING AND RUSH ORDERS
All orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Shipments are FOB San Fernando, California.

Rush service may be available and accepted on a per order basis. A $30.00 rush service charge plus additional shipping fees will be charged to the order. Please contact a sales representative for individual quotes. All rush orders must be confirmed with C. Sanders Emblems and require full payment.

TRADEMARKS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
C Sanders Emblems assumes that its customers have the unfettered use of all trademarks, service marks and / or copyrighted logos and designs sent to us for reproduction. We assume no liability in any trademark, service mark or copyright infringement disputes. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless for all attorney fees, costs and or damages that we incur relative to any claim from the owner of any intellectual property used without the owner of sames consent. Should we determine that the product may require a license to manufacture, we will require a copy of your authorization.
