How do I get started with a custom order?
The first step is to contact us by phone, fax, or email. One of our experienced account executives will become a valuable resource, working with you toward your goals and within your budget. Their knowledge and expertise will produce solutions to address all of your concerns, such as a detailed proposal and creative design ideas for your pin, patch, key ring, or other product. Our staff is on hand to walk you through every step of the process, from first contact to delivery, providing the service only 50-plus years of experience can offer.
What’s the minimum quantity I can order?
The minimum order for all custom products is 100 pieces. The one exception is embroidered patches, which have a minimum order of 50 pieces.
What’s the turnaround time?
Custom products generally take 6 weeks from art approval to in-hand delivery. Stock items are shipped out the same day.
